Dumbbell Chuck..
Waktu bengkel, mai lambat sikit ja.. Noh~ Kena angkat benda ni sambil ketuk ketampi.. Paling minimun 100 kali ja.. Tapi aku buat tak penah cukup pon.. Hahaha.. Gelong punya lecturer..Tak payah pi gym la aku lepaih ni..~ XD
